MEET THE TRAINER


Lucas Madsen

Lucas is one of our great Strength and conditioning coaches. He has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2008 and has worked with all ranges of clients from high level athletes to senior citizens. Lucas has been an athlete all his life. He began in soccer as a kid and wrestled throughout high school. In 2017 he received his purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

CHARLEE MINKIN

In 2005, Charlee began a career as a personal trainer where she worked at 24 Hour Fitness, Fitness Together and had private clients of her own. In 2007, Charlee pursued a career in law enforcement and began working as a Police Agent for the city of Lakewood. While at the Lakewood Police Department, Charlee became an Arrest Control Instructor, a Fitness Assessor and helped develop the first POST certified grappling manual, which she taught to other agencies.

In addition, Minkin has numerous personal training certifications including: AFAA PT Certification, Cross Fit Level I Certification, A.T.S.C.I. Kettlebell Instructor Certification as well as, CPR and First Aid certified. She is also an Olympian and Bjj Black belt.
